Register of Public Sector Partners

The Register of Public Sector Partners (RPSP) is a register established by the State for verifying ownership structures of companies or of natural persons trading with the public sector (State, municipalities, etc.). Only a public sector partner entity which is registered in the RPSP may conclude contracts with the public sector or receive subsidies (with certain exemptions, such as financial limits). A public sector partner may be registered in the RPSP only by an authorised person, who, amongst others, can also be an attorney at law. Our law firm has been specialising in making entries in the RPSP since the RPSP Act came into force, and we are among the top 10 authorised persons to perform verification of ownership structures.
